I possess extensive years of Instructional Design and Development for various training professional and technical employees. I have a proven track record of enhancing and developing training programs. I set learning objectives that enable training participants to acquire the necessary competencies. I also have experience in web development and operating Learning Management Systems (LMS). I also have extensive years in instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training as well.
I currently utilize a combination of software such as Articulate 360, Rise and Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition), Vyond Animation, and Cornerstone’s Learning Management System to build into training programs and courses.
